DUI Classes

DUI School in the Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Duluth & Cumming Area

 DUI School requires the following two components:

1. The Assessment Component
   1. Must be completed at our facility prior to the first day of DUI School
   2. Takes approximately 30 minutes to complete
   3. Offered Monday through Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
      • After hours service available upon request

2. The Intervention Component
   1. Must be completed AFTER the Assessment Component
   2. Entails 20 hours of classroom instruction divided into 3 or 5-day programs
   3. The Department of Driver Services forbids late arrivals. Plan to arrive early for class and return on time from scheduled breaks to avoid dismissal from this course.

Georgia State Law requires persons charged with any of the following offenses to attend a DUI School certified by Georgia’s Department of Driver Services before a driver's license can be reinstated.

• Driving Under the Influence (D.U.I.)
• Driving While Intoxicated (D.W.I.)
• Boating Under the Influence (B.U.I.)
• Illegal possession of alcohol and/or drugs (underage also included)
• Other drug or traffic offenses                                                  

 

Students receive a State of Georgia "Certificate of Completion" upon successful completion of the DUI course, and the Department of Driver Services is notified.
